Hello, welcome to the download page of the module for Joomla! - MSN Chat!

MSN Chat! allows the administrator to Joomla! add a module that shows visitors the status of your MSN account, if it is online or offline, using custom images, images of patterns module or a custom HTML content. Clicking the image, the visitor can still start a window to chat with the administrator, provided that it is online. The window can also be configured to appear so embeded in the module itself, without popup.

New Features for v1.5 - Joomla 1.5.X/1.0.X:

  • More easily for configuration;
  • more compatible with PHP version;
  • now you can define a url for offline image;

  • use image indicative standard for each type of status, online or offline;
  • using custom image for each User-type status, online or offline;
  • possibility of custom HTML for each type of status, online or offline 
    Ex: "Hello, I'm online, chat with me now!"
  • choice of window chat: popup or embeded;
  • choice of the theme (color) of the window chat;
  • alignment of images in the module;
  • width and height of the window to chat;
  • you can put multiple accounts MSN / modules.
Use to talk to your guest, used as a Help Desk, with your client for online sales etc ... using only your client Windows Live Messenger!
You must put the ID MSN account (ex: B4748A5E8E83D414), not email!


For this, click in the link " >>> Click here for get your MSN ID <<< ". The process is automatic, follow the instructions in window opened and this code is automaticaly inserted in MSN ID input, in module configuration.
